Lüliang Central Hospital — Comprehensive Medical Furniture Fit-Out

Project Background

Lüliang Central Hospital (吕梁市中心医院) is the primary regional referral hospital for Lüliang City, Shanxi Province, serving a large catchment population across Shanxi’s western coal-mining region. The hospital’s expansion programme in 2021 required a complete medical furniture solution covering multiple inpatient towers, the outpatient building, and the emergency department. ZHOBAI Medical Furniture was appointed as the one-stop furniture partner, delivering the comprehensive furniture package to Grade III general hospital standards.

The project involved custom-dimensioned nursing station counters across all inpatient floors, co-ordinated ward furniture for standard and premium rooms, and a complete outpatient furniture fit-out including infusion chairs, consultation workstations, and examination tables. ZHOBAI’s site team coordinated the furniture installation closely with the hospital’s fit-out contractor, completing each zone ready for equipment commissioning according to the hospital’s phased handover programme.

Scope of Supply

ZHOBAI delivered a fully coordinated furniture package manufactured in-house to GB/T medical-grade standards, with CE and ISO 13485 documentation at handover:

• Nursing Stations: Custom-built counter systems with integrated medication bays, dual-zone workflow separation, and anti-collision rounded edges across all inpatient nursing floors.
• Ward Furniture: Hospital beds with electric height adjustment, co-ordinated bedside cabinets, over-bed tables, folding escort chairs, and IV stands across all ward room categories.
• Outpatient & Infusion Areas: Consultation workstations, examination tables, and high-capacity infusion chair banks.
• Emergency Department: Resuscitation room furniture, emergency treatment trolleys, and emergency waiting seating.
• Sterile & Treatment Rooms: Floor-to-ceiling medical cabinet systems with double-door sterile storage elevated 200 mm above floor.
