Linyi Jinluo Hospital — Comprehensive Medical Furniture Fit-Out

Project Background

Linyi Jinluo Hospital is a well-established general hospital serving Linyi City, Shandong Province, providing comprehensive medical services across internal medicine, surgery, orthopaedics, gynaecology, and paediatrics departments. A major renovation and expansion programme created the opportunity to upgrade the hospital’s entire furniture inventory to modern clinical standards. ZHOBAI Medical Furniture was engaged as the one-stop furniture partner, delivering a complete furniture solution across all outpatient, inpatient, and support zones.

ZHOBAI’s project delivery team conducted a full on-site survey before production, producing department-by-department furniture layout drawings for client approval. The nursing station counters were custom-dimensioned to match the new nursing wing layouts precisely, incorporating integrated medication storage, call-system cable management, and clean/contaminated workflow zoning. All ward furniture — beds, bedside cabinets, over-bed tables, and IV stands — was co-ordinated in a consistent colourway aligned with the hospital’s new interior scheme.

Scope of Supply

ZHOBAI delivered a fully coordinated furniture package covering every clinical and administrative zone, manufactured in-house to GB/T medical-grade standards. All products were supplied with CE certification and ISO 13485 quality documentation at handover:

• Nursing Stations: Custom-built nursing counter desks with integrated medication trolley bays, dual-zone clean/contaminated workflow separation, and rounded anti-collision edge profiles across all inpatient floors.
• Ward Furniture: Hospital beds with electric height adjustment, co-ordinated bedside cabinets with lockable patient storage, folding over-bed tables, escort chairs, and IV stands across all standard and VIP ward rooms.
• Treatment & Sterile Rooms: Floor-to-ceiling medical cabinet systems with double-door sterile storage, adjustable mid-shelving, and bases elevated 200 mm above floor to prevent moisture and bacterial ingress.
• Outpatient Department: Consultation room workstations, examination tables, instrument stands, and waiting-area seating across all outpatient clinics.
• Emergency Department: Rapid-access treatment trolleys, emergency medication carts, and resuscitation room support furniture.
• Administrative Areas: Doctor office desks and chairs, nurses’ lounge furniture, and meeting room tables.

Project Highlights

• Zone-Specific Customisation: Outpatient consultation workstations were dimensioned per-room to optimise computer, printer, and documentation workflow; VIP ward furniture featured premium fabric headboards and soft-close storage.
• Antibacterial & Durable Materials: Counter surfaces in medical-grade Trespa board; ward furniture in E0-rated particleboard with PVC anti-scratch edge banding; all metal components powder-coated against corrosion.
• Space Optimisation: Folding escort chairs, under-bed storage drawers, and wall-mounted instrument brackets maximised usable space in standard ward rooms.
• End-to-End Delivery: Full delivery and installation managed by ZHOBAI’s own site team, with zero outsourcing — all furniture placed, levelled, and inspected before handover sign-off.
